An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Services Administrator to work within a fast growing, financial planning business in the centre of Harrogate. You will be working in a small, close-knit team to provide efficient and professional support to existing clients and their Advisors. This is a fast-paced work environment, and you will be required to be positive, proactive and maintain high attention to detail whilst under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and maintaining client files
  • Maintain administration systems
  • Liaise with Advisor to arrange Client meetings/reviews
  • Prepare business documents
  • Prepare information/comparisons for analysis by Advisor
  • Act as point of contact and deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties
  • Making outbound calls to Product Providers requesting and logging information
  • Managing inbound phone calls

Essential Skills Required:

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Good organisation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task
  • Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively
