We’re recruiting on behalf of our longstanding client in Harrogate who is looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Executive to join their friendly and supportive team. This fully office-based role offers a fantastic opportunity to build strong client relationships and contribute to long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly engage with your accounts (contacting every fortnight)
- Book review meetings for the manager to attend, with scope for you to also attend and build customer relationships
- Provide product guidance and issue resolution through a consultative approach
- Host Teams meetings and deliver portal demonstrations
- Keep clients updated with new and innovative products and offers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally involving regular contact with existing business accounts
- Strong telephony skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive and organised
- A consultative and customer-focused mindset
