Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch)

We are supporting a well-established and reputable business in Colburn who are looking for an organised Administrator to join their team. The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office, assisting the team with a wide range of administrative tasks and ensuring a professional and organised working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audio-typing, minute-taking and preparing documents
- Managing diaries, emails, meetings, travel arrangements and presentations
- Coordinating projects and supporting wider team activities
- Overseeing office facilities and carrying out health & safety checks
- Handling monthly invoicing
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies
About You:
- Experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
- Positive, proactive and confident working as part of a team and independently
