An excellent opportunity for experienced and proactive 3rd Line IT Technician to join a well-established and growing IT support company based in Skipton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team, working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
As a key member of the MSP team, you’ll act as an escalation point for technical issues and provide both remote and on-site support to customers. This is a varied role where you will work across a broad tech stack, helping to deliver excellent service to a wide customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the final escalation point for the Service Desk team
- Deliver high-quality technical support and solutions to clients
- Oversee technical projects from start to finish
- Attend client sites to provide on-site support
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet team goals and ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Proven experience in a 3rd Line IT Support role
- Knowledge across: Windows Server, Azure, Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, Networking, Firewalls, WAN, HyperV, Veeam, QNAP, Sonicwall, VoIP, and Aruba
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to manage projects and work under pressure
- Positive, reliable, and professional attitude
