Management of Internal Audits process, including performance of audits against company IMS requirements and relevant External Standards and administration of Non-Conformance process.
Advise Senior Management Team on compliance and conformance requirements and issues, including associated Risk Management strategies.
Lead the implementation of IMS processes and procedures across the wider team, driving continuous improvement through lessons learned and workforce engagement.
Conduct Health and Safety tours and site inspections.
Participate in Health and Safety Risk Assessments at a Corporate and Project-specific level and advise on delivery methodologies.
Evaluate Sub-Contractor and Supplier approval applications and audit Sub-Contractors and Suppliers for compliance against supply chain Health and Safety requirements.
Plan and lead Quarterly Safety Workshops to guarantee all UPL Employees fully understand the safety procedures they are required to follow, taking measures to make the information engaging and interesting.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the HSE Management system and progress against HSE Performance Standards and make recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Knowledge and understanding of the processes and procedures required to build and maintain an Integrated Management System which is compliant with the internationally recognised ISO 9001; ISO 14001.
