Overall Job Purpose: To carry out the Senior Operative role, delivering the required output and standards to the business and training on specific line skill requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work safely at all times.
- Keep your work area to the required GMP standard.
- Ensure production targets are met for output, changeovers, hygiene, giveaway etc.
- Carry out specific trained tasks changeovers, allergen cleans etc.
- Raise any issues immediately to Co-ordinator or Shift Manager.
42hrs average over a 2 week period – 12hr shifts. Must be able to work every 2nd weekend. 6am/6pm £13.05ph and £19.76ph overtime. 75 mins break which are ALL PAID. Long term work and could become permanent for the right candidates.
