Overall Job Purpose: To carry out the Senior Operative role, delivering the required output and standards to the business and training on specific line skill requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work safely at all times.
  • Keep your work area to the required GMP standard.
  • Ensure production targets are met for output, changeovers, hygiene, giveaway etc.
  • Carry out specific trained tasks changeovers, allergen cleans etc.
  • Raise any issues immediately to Co-ordinator or Shift Manager.

42hrs average over a 2 week period, 12hr shifts. Must be able to work every 2nd weekend. 6am/6pm £12.21ph and £17.38ph overtime. 75 mins break which are ALL PAID. Long term work and could become permanent for the right candidates.
