Unity Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with our client who is looking for an FLT Counter Balance / Side Loader Driver for their site based in Cross Green Industrial Estate. You must have a full-in date Counter Balance or Side Loader Licence.
Responsibilities:
- Must have Counterbalance FLT (desirable for Side loader but will be trained in house if necessary)
- Will be part of a 2/3 man team, roles include; Machine Operating, loading the machine with material, offloading finished product and sorting into different plots
- Picking Packing
- Unloading of raw materials
- Loading of finished jobs and picked pallets
- Movement of products around site in side loader
- Liaising with Production Manager to ensure targets are being hit
- Using own initiative, managing own work load
- Attention to detail ensure quality standard is met
- Excellent housekeeping ensure the work area is always clean and tidy free of any hazards
- Filling out relevant paperwork
Person profile:
- Must have a valid in-date licence
- Good communication, numeracy and literacy
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment at times
Hours of work: 6.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
