Reporting to Administration team leader or substitute, you are to carry out the following duties:

  • Answer telephones.
  • Enter jobs on to the system.
  • Order acknowledgement.
  • Visual compliance.
  • Live job book input.
  • Create delivery notes and day work sheets.
  • Booking transport.
  • Order stock / stationary when required.
  • Invoicing spreadsheet.
  • Assist accounts with monthly invoicing.
  • Office filing.
  • Data entry.

Monday to Friday - 8am/4pm

£12.50 per hour

Temporary to Permanent
