Reporting to Administration team leader or substitute, you are to carry out the following duties:
- Answer telephones.
- Enter jobs on to the system.
- Order acknowledgement.
- Visual compliance.
- Live job book input.
- Create delivery notes and day work sheets.
- Booking transport.
- Order stock / stationary when required.
- Invoicing spreadsheet.
- Assist accounts with monthly invoicing.
- Office filing.
- Data entry.
Monday to Friday - 8am/4pm
£12.50 per hour
Temporary to Permanent
