Account Coordinator - Industrial Recruitment WAKEFIELD Unity Personnel are currently looking for an Industrial Account Coordinator based in our busy city centre office in Wakefield. We are keen to speak to people that have a proven track record in Industrial Recruitment, someone who drives and has access to their own vehicle and wants to work with a new growing business that offers a great progression plan with a fun and highly driven team! The Role:- • Supporting the Operations Manager managing a warm industrial desk • Managing the recruitment process based on clients requirements • Delivering inductions when needed • Onsite check-in’s when required • Advertising job vacancies on all the relevant platforms • Screening and interviewing candidates • Client and candidate engagement • Ensuring compliance standards are met at all times • Managing and processing payroll accurately and efficiently • Dealing with any queries in a timely manner The Person:- • Proven experience of working within a similar environment • Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision and work well in a team environment. • Ability to attract and recruit candidates in line with client’s expectations • Experience of developing client and candidate relationships • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines • Confident in communicating with clients at all levels • Must have strong IT Skills • Driving licence and access to own vehicle when needed • Excellent customer service skills Working hours:- Core days and hours are Monday to Friday 0830/1700 Must understand that there needs to be a degree of flexibility based on customer demands Salary & Benefits:- £26,000-£30,000 DOE Bonus Scheme Excellent training opportunities Mobile phone 25 days holiday plus stats Birthday day off Pension Parking Fun working environment This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to develop their career with a Recruitment Business that is small enough to offer a real personal touch so you feel valued but has a very corporate edge!
