We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help bring the “Wow!” factor to our youngest Scouts as part of the 1st Romsey Squirrels Drey. As a Squirrel volunteer, you’ll help create magical moments for 4–6‑year‑olds through games, crafts, cooking, building, and outdoor adventures — all while helping them gain skills for life. You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team that helps sessions run smoothly, keeps activities safe, and ensures every young person has fun. No previous Scouting experience? That’s absolutely fine — the Squirrels haven’t been Scouts before either! Join us for an hour a week and make a real difference.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves supporting our Squirrel Scouts (ages 4–6) during weekly sessions at 1st Romsey. Volunteers help lead activities, support young people, and contribute to a welcoming and engaging environment for everyone. You’ll be joining a fun, energetic team and playing a key part in shaping the adventures our Squirrels enjoy. Sessions run Tuesdays from 5pm to 6pm.
