The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 € per year.
You will be supporting with a range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to, responding to client enquiries over the phone and sometimes by email, logging enquiries on our Charity Log (client management) system and carrying out client service review calls. Therefore, good IT skills would be helpful. Training is provided.
Other tasks may include distributing posters in the local community, in order to promote our Service, sending out emails to wider networks and attending events with the coordinator. You will be required to undertake induction training/update training/reading of policies.
Skills needed for this role:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for emails.
- Confidence on the telephone.
- Attention to detail when completing admin tasks.
Activities the volunteer may perform:
- Undertake simple research/gather information.
- Make phone calls to clients.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner.
