We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our friendly team at Cambridge Court Care Home on a part-time basis, working 22 hours (2 shifts) per week.
Cambridge Court is a 53-bedded home specialising in nursing, dementia and personal residential care.
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to our residents. You will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, developing and reviewing care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring wellbeing, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice are maintained.
Working closely with care staff, families, GPs and other healthcare professionals, you will help promote residents' dignity, independence, wellbeing and quality of life. You will also provide guidance and support to colleagues, contributing to a safe, caring and professional environment for both residents and staff.
