We are seeking an inspiring Director of Housing Operations to lead our housing and maintenance services and shape the next stage of our organisational journey.
The Role
- Lead high performing housing and maintenance services
- Drive service improvement and regulatory compliance
- Champion customer experience and support our social purpose
- Work closely with tenants, partners, staff, and the Board
