Essential Requirements:- Ability to communicate with a diverse customer and colleague base.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep calm under pressure.
- A team player who demonstrates kindness.
- Serving food and drinks: Delivering exceptional service directly to tables with a smile.
- Bar work: Serving drinks in line with agreed standards for quality and presentation.
- Taking and inputting accurate food orders and keeping the bar buzzing with energy.
- Clearing and cleaning tables: Ensuring every guest feels like they’re in a clean, welcoming environment.
- Presenting our venues: Taking pride in maintaining a vibrant and inviting space.
- Cash Handling: Handling cash transactions accurately and in line with agreed procedures.
- Problem Solving: Dealing with minor problems and complaints effectively and where necessary able to escalate these to the manager on duty.
Experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right people.
Hours of Work:Our Food & Beverage venues are busiest at evenings and weekends, so flexibility is essential. Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays will be required.
