This isn’t your typical holiday home sales role. At Unity Holidays, we’re building something different - a sales culture that is high performing, people-first and built on doing things the right way. We believe incredible results come from trust, coaching, energy and genuine relationships, not pressure tactics. We’re looking for a driven and inspiring Holiday Home Sales Manager to lead an established team, elevate performance and create an environment where people genuinely love what they do. You’ll join a business investing heavily in its people, with world-class training, modern leadership approaches and a vision for growth that puts both customers and teams at the centre. If you’re commercially focused, values-led and passionate about developing others, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

Exceptional customer experiences start with exceptional people. That’s why we invest in our teams, set high standards and create an environment where collaboration, accountability and development go hand in hand. If you’re ready to lead a high-performing team while helping shape the future of holiday home ownership, we’d love to hear from you.

About You

You’re a natural leader who knows how to motivate, coach and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results; while creating a positive and supportive culture. You understand that modern sales leadership is about influence, development and consistency, not just targets. You’ll likely:

  • Have experience leading successful sales teams, ideally within holiday homes, leisure, hospitality or lifestyle sales
  • Be passionate about coaching and developing people
  • Lead with energy, positivity and accountability
  • Be commercially driven with a strong understanding of performance
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Build trust quickly with both customers and colleagues
  • Want to do things differently and challenge outdated approaches
  • Believe high standards and strong values should go hand in hand

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales leadership or management role
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident managing targets, forecasting and reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire and develop an established Holiday Home Sales team
  • Drive sales performance while maintaining exceptional customer experience standards
  • Create a culture of accountability, support and continuous improvement
  • Coach team members through regular feedback, development and hands-on leadership
  • Recruit, develop and retain high-performing talent
  • Ensure all sales activity is compliant, ethical and customer-focused
  • Work closely with wider park leadership teams to deliver business goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance and team engagement
  • Deliver accurate reporting, forecasting and sales planning
  • Champion the Unity culture and values in everything you do

Hours of Work

Our sales operation is busiest during weekends, bank holidays and peak holiday periods, so flexibility is essential. Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays will be required.

What We Offer

  • A supportive team environment in a beautiful location.
  • 25% off Food & Drink for you, your friends & family and 50% when on shift.
  • Team recognition schemes including our monthly and annual “Unity Champion” awards.
  • Holiday discounts across all Unity Holidays parks.
  • Free use of leisure facilities such as our pools & gym.
  • Employee Assistance programme providing support on financial, health & legal matters.
  • Opportunities for career progression within a fresh and growing company.
