Following a phenomenal first year of trading, Unity Holidays continues to build on strong foundations to deliver the very best Owner and Guest experience across our holiday parks. We are looking for confident, hands-on Food & Beverage Team Leaders who are passionate about delivering exceptional service while supporting and developing a high-performing team. This is a key role within our venues, where you will take ownership of shifts, lead by example and ensure every guest receives a welcoming, efficient and memorable experience.

About You

You’ll be a natural leader who enjoys being at the heart of the action. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, confidently supporting your team while maintaining high service and operational standards. You’ll be organised, proactive and calm under pressure, with the ability to make decisions, solve problems and keep the shift running smoothly. Most importantly, you’ll take pride in delivering great guest experiences and supporting your team to do the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts within the venue, ensuring smooth, efficient and safe operations
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, creating a welcoming and memorable experience
  • Support, coach and motivate team members to maintain high performance and confidence
  • Deliver daily briefings and ensure the team understands priorities and expectations
  • Handle guest queries or concerns professionally, resolving issues or escalating where required
  • Oversee till operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with cash-handling procedures
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or requirements promptly
  • Ensure food and drink service standards, presentation and speed of service are consistently met
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation across all areas
  • Support opening and closing procedures, ensuring full compliance and readiness
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing and company policies
  • Carry out safety checks and report or resolve any risks or hazards
  • Support people processes by providing feedback and escalating performance or conduct concerns appropriately

Experience & Skills

Essential:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage or a customer-facing environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make confident decisions
  • Good understanding of service standards and guest expectations

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling
  • Food Hygiene Level 2 or allergen awareness (or willingness to obtain)

This role requires full compliance with food safety, health & safety, safeguarding and licensing standards.

Hours of Work

Our Food & Beverage venues operate across days, evenings and weekends, including peak holiday periods. Flexibility to work variable shifts is essential.
