Skirlington Coast in East Yorkshire is entering an exciting new chapter under fresh ownership, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Accounts Administrator. Join us on the journey and play a critical role in an exciting phase of growth for Unity Holidays. For us, Experience is Everything and to deliver on this promise to our Holiday Homeowners and Guests, we need to have solid foundations in place. Whilst generally a back of house role, Skirlington Coast has a vibrant and energetic team, and we’ll want you to stay connected to colleagues across all areas as you work together to build something truly special.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review and reconcile vendor statements, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
- Take ownership of the shared finance mailbox, ensuring all incoming emails are actioned promptly and efficiently.
- Manage and process all capital expenditure invoices.
- Handle vendor queries and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Assist with the reconciliation of daily takings and cash receipts.
- Assist with accounts receivable activities, including posting and allocating customer payments.
- Provide general accounts administration support and undertake ad hoc tasks as required.
- Maintain accurate filing and electronic records of invoices and financial documents.
- Set up and verify new vendor accounts, including completion of vendor forms.
- Prepare and assist with supplier payment runs.
