We’re now looking for driven and customer‑focused Sales Executives to join our team and deliver exceptional ownership journeys from first enquiry through to handover.

Essential Requirements

- Previous experience in a sales or customer‑facing role is desirable.
- Confident using IT systems and maintaining accurate records.

- Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full sales journey: Supporting customers from initial enquiry through to completion and handover of their holiday home or lodge.
- Generating opportunities: Proactively managing and following up leads from walk‑ins, website enquiries, telephone calls and existing owners.
- Delivering Park tours: Showcasing holiday homes, lodges and park facilities to prospective customers.
- Building relationships: Engaging with new and existing owners to identify upgrade opportunities and maintain long‑term relationships.
- Achieving targets: Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets and contributing to overall team performance.
- Pipeline management: Maintaining accurate records, managing your sales pipeline and ensuring consistent follow‑up.
- Customer experience: Providing a high level of customer care throughout the sales and after‑sales process.
- Presentation standards: Ensuring holiday homes are clean, well‑presented and ready for viewing.
- Product knowledge: Developing a strong understanding of stock, pricing and finance options.
- Problem solving: Managing customer queries or concerns effectively and escalating where appropriate.
Hours of Work
Our sales operation is busiest during weekends, bank holidays and peak holiday periods, so flexibility is essential. Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays will be required.
