We are looking for friendly, reliable and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused retail environment. You’ll take pride in delivering excellent service, bring a positive and proactive attitude to every shift, and be committed to ensuring guests and owners have a great experience when visiting our on‑park supermarket. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver friendly, professional and efficient service to all guests and owners
  • Process purchases accurately using company POS/till systems
  • Handle cash and card payments responsibly in line with company procedures
  • Assist guests with product enquiries and help them find items where needed
  • Maintain stock levels by replenishing shelves and rotating stock correctly
  • Ensure products are faced up, organised and presented to company standards
  • Monitor stock dates and ensure proper stock rotation and product quality
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the store
  • Follow all company procedures relating to food hygiene, health & safety and licensing
  • Record alcohol sale refusals in line with licensing requirements
  • Identify hazards or issues within the retail environment and report appropriately
  • Support colleagues and work collaboratively to maintain a positive team environment

Previous experience in a retail or customer‑facing role is desirable but not essential. We are happy to train individuals who demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent guest service.

Our retail outlets operate across peak holiday periods, including evenings and weekends, so flexibility is essential. Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays will be required.
