Our park grounds play a vital role in shaping first impressions, whether in communal areas or on individual pitches, and we are looking for reliable and experienced Groundworkers to ensure this is able to happen.

About You

You’ll be hands on, practical and ready to get stuck in whatever the weather. You’ll be reliable, safety-aware and comfortable working independently and as well as part of a wider team. Previous experience of working as a groundworker, preferably within the Caravan Park environment would be advantageous.

Essential Requirements

  • A team player who demonstrates kindness.
  • A willingness to be hands on, get stuck in and maintain progress in all weathers.
  • An eye for detail and pride in high standards.
  • Ability to follow safety guidance at all times.
  • Good time-management skills and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Siting and connecting holiday homes and lodges.
  • Preparing and levelling pitches.
  • Slabbing and base preparation.
  • Driveway installation and repairs.
  • Drainage and groundwork preparation.
  • Kerbing and edging.
  • Concreting and hard landscaping.
  • Supporting utility trenching and service runs.
  • General grounds and park development works.

Hours of Work

This is a seasonal role until the end of October. Hours and days of work can be discussed on application.
