We are now recruiting for our late-night venue, RJs — a busy, high-energy bar and entertainment venue at the heart of Unity Holidays. This is not your typical daytime hospitality role. RJs comes alive in the evenings, with live entertainment, music, busy bars and a vibrant atmosphere. We are looking for friendly, reliable and enthusiastic individuals who thrive in busy evening environments and enjoy working as part of a close‑knit team. You’ll be someone who:

Previous bar or hospitality experience is helpful, but personality, attitude and reliability matter most. We’ll train the right people.
Essential Requirements
- Ability to communicate confidently with guests and colleagues

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and late finishes
- Reliable transport home after late shifts is beneficial due to the nature of the role and finish times
Key Responsibilities
- Bar Service: Preparing and serving drinks in line with company standards while maintaining a fast, friendly and professional service.
- Guest Experience: Creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere where guests can enjoy their evening safely and confidently.
- Table Service: Taking accurate food and drink orders and delivering excellent service throughout the venue.
- Venue Standards: Keeping the venue clean, organised and presentable throughout service.
- Cash Handling: Handling payments accurately and in line with company procedures.
- Teamwork: Supporting colleagues during busy periods and helping maintain a positive working environment.
- Problem Solving: Handling minor guest concerns confidently and escalating where appropriate to the duty manager.
Hours of Work
RJs is one of our busiest evening venues, therefore this role will primarily involve:
- Evening shifts
- Late finishes
- Weekend working
- Peak holiday and entertainment periods
Flexibility is essential, and availability on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be required.
