Unity Holidays is preparing for another exciting peak season and we’re now recruiting Summer Activities Team Members to join us from July through to early September 2026. This is the perfect opportunity for students, seasonal workers, or anyone looking for flexible casual work over the summer holidays. At Unity Holidays, we create unforgettable experiences for thousands of Holiday Homeowners and Guests across our parks — and our Activities Team plays a huge part in bringing that experience to life. From family activities and hosted games to outdoor sessions and guest interaction, no two days are the same.
About You
We’re looking for friendly, energetic and confident individuals who enjoy working with people and creating memorable experiences. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy being active and hands-on, and bring enthusiasm to every shift. This role would suit someone who:
- Enjoys working with children and families
- Is confident speaking to groups and engaging guests
- Wants flexible summer work around studies or other commitments
- Enjoys teamwork and being part of a lively atmosphere
- Is reliable, positive and willing to learn
Previous experience within activities, leisure, childcare, hospitality, entertainment or guest-facing roles is beneficial, but not essential — we’re happy to train the right people.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a variety of guest activities and hosted sessions
- Create a fun, safe and welcoming environment for guests of all ages
- Deliver clear instructions and safety briefings
- Set up and maintain activity areas and equipment
- Engage with guests and promote activities across the park
- Ensure activities are delivered in line with company safety and safeguarding standards
- Support the wider Activities & Leisure team during busy trading periods
- Maintain high presentation and cleanliness standards across activity zones
Essential Requirements
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods
- Comfortable working outdoors and in busy environments
- Ability to interact confidently with guests of all ages
- Basic First Aid experience is advantageous but not essential.
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and mandatory safeguarding training.
Contract & Hours
This is a casual summer seasonal position, expected to run from July 2026 until early September 2026. Hours are flexible and will vary depending on business levels, weather and activity schedules. This role is ideal for individuals looking for casual work across the summer period without long-term commitment. Weekend and school holiday availability is essential.
