You will have experience of leading operations in general practice or a comparable healthcare setting. Strong people-management and leadership skills across teams, sites or disciplines. A track record of delivering change, new services or service improvement. Confidence using operational and performance data to identify issues and improve delivery. Excellent written, verbal and stakeholder-engagement skills. An understanding of workforce, financial, quality and regulatory requirements in general practice. A commitment to learning and professional development. A relevant leadership, management or primary-care qualification is desirable. The ability to travel between all Unity sites.
