Our team includes GPs, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Nurses, Care Coordinators and other allied health professionals, all working together to provide high-quality, accessible care.

You will be well suited if you:
- Are a qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) with relevant MSc or equivalent experience
- Are registered with your relevant professional body (e.g. NMC/HCPC)
- Are a qualified Independent Prescriber
- Have experience working in primary care or urgent care settings
- Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Are adaptable and able to work across multiple sites and consultation types
- Are motivated, proactive and committed to delivering high‑quality patient care
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Are confident using, or willing to learn, new IT and digital consultation systems
