Location - Woodbury (We are based in a lovely barn conversion in the countryside between Exeter and Exmouth. You will need your own transport to get to us)

We have fast become market leaders in our sector and are doing everything in our power to keep it that way as well as breaking into new markets. We are currently recruiting across all areas of the business.

Our customers are reliant upon our software for the day to day running of their businesses and need reliable, fast support. We regularly receive glowing testimonials about the level of support we provide and are looking an additional team member to help support our fast expanding customer base.

The successful candidate will have high levels of technical expertise, the ability to communicate technical information to non- technical people and a genuine desire to provide the best possible service.
Main duties:
Answering support calls and emails relating to the company’s software and hardware
systems within agreed SLA's

Assisting clients with local computer/device issues that affect the company’s
systems.

Configuring mobile phones and printers.

Configuring new client accounts.

Assisting software developers with system development, testing and bug fixes.

Administering internal support and client management systems.

Assisting with company administration functions.

Covering the helpdesk out of hours on a rota basis
