We have a vacancy for managing and maintaining the company’s International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) certifications with the primary focus on ensuring the Management System is continuously improved so we are ready for each audit. This role will work alongside the Change & Transformation Manager to guarantee any process updates or improvements are implemented through documented and sustainable methods. The Compliance Officer will be integral to supporting an organisational shift so that ISO standards are embedded throughout the organisation.

Duties:

  • Design and execute a comprehensive internal audit process to evaluate whether processes align with ISO standard requirements; ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 27001
  • Regularly perform a gap analysis assessment to identify discrepancies between current operations and ISO standards
  • Act as the primary contact for external certification bodies, preparing all documentation and evidence for Stage 1 and Stage 2 certification or surveillance audits
  • Lead the investigation of non-conformities identified during audits and manage a proactive action plan process to ensure permanent resolution
  • Coordinate and lead the response to external ESG assessments in line with milestones, ensuring all evidence is accurate and audit-trailed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of running ISO audits and understanding the process from beginning to end
  • Ability to plan and lead an internal audit for external certification assessments
  • Strong communication skills to ensure any complex or technical expectations can be simplified and shared with all relevant parties
  • A high level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills to ensure we prepare and hit deadlines
  • Comfortable creating data driven reports and dashboards to share with senior management and the board.

  • Exposure to Hubspot, Zendesk, Confluence, ClickUp
