As Assistant Base Lead (ABL), you will be managing pastoral aspects of our school life including safeguarding, attendance, engagement and behaviour, working alongside teaching professionals and managing a team of Teaching Assistants. This role is pivotal in supporting the smooth running of our school and as such, it would suit someone with extensive experience supporting young people with additional needs.
The successful candidate will have their own caseload of pupil premium pupils to manage, track, monitor and support. The successful candidate will have experience of:

- Ideally having experience of working in a secondary school environment with challenging students

Salary - MRS Scale H Point 23-25 actual salary £32,805 - £34,643 (Full-time annual salary £35,570 -£37,563). The ideal candidate must have enthusiasm, drive and dedication in pursuing a career that supports cohorts of students who need the most guidance, help and support.
