Unity Education Trust are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and diligent Administration Assistant to help support administrative and clerical functions to a high standard within the school, ensuring consistency. Tasks will involve the completion of paperwork and referrals, recording placements and tracking and inputting attendance into MIS system. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who can deliver a high-quality service to the school community and meet key deadlines in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment. A caring and supportive nature with the ability to remain calm and cope with the unexpected is essential as many of our pupils have social, emotional and behavioural difficulties (SEBD) as well as pupils classed as missing education and permanently excluded from mainstream schools.

- Have excellent standards of IT, Literacy and Numeracy
- Be able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
- Work well in a team and apply excellent communication (verbal and in writing)
