Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery practitioner with a passion for leading a team? Unity Education is seeking a Nursery practitioner to join a supportive and friendly Nursery based in Redbridge, on a full-time, permanent basis. Key Responsibilities – Nursery practitioner

  • Help plan and deliver engaging learning activities, catering to the abilities of the students.
  • Develop strong partnerships with parents and other organisations that impact on children's development.
  • Ensure that all staff are supported in their role using supervision and coaching.
  • Ensure that staff working with children are suitable and have all safeguarding checks completed.
  • Organise parent visits to the settings before a child is registered.
  • Create a safe, nurturing and positive environment.
