We are recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner to join a well-established nursery in Redbridge. This is a great opportunity for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to grow within a supportive setting.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging EYFS activities and support children's development.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.
  • Observe, assess, and track children's progress.
  • Work closely with staff, parents, and carers to ensure high standards of care.
  • Must be Level 3 Early Years or Level 3 Childcare qualified.

The Nursery

  • Fantastic transport links and supportive leadership team.
  • A friendly, inclusive environment for every Nursery Practitioner.
  • Flexible working: 36 hours (4 days) or 45 hours (5 days).
  • Up to 32 days holiday including Christmas closure & birthday leave.
  • Full uniform, wellbeing breaks, and up to 10 days sick pay.
  • Regular team events and clear progression opportunities for a Nursery Practitioner.
