The Role:

• Lead and develop the Art curriculum across the department.
• Deliver engaging, creative, and high‑quality Art lessons that inspire students to achieve their full potential.
• Support and mentor colleagues within the department to drive outstanding teaching and learning.
• Monitor student progress and implement strategies to raise attainment and achievement.
• Promote the school's ethos, values, and commitment to excellence.
• Attend and contribute to departmental and whole‑school meetings.
• Play an active role in the strategic development of the Art department.

Essential Requirements

• Permanent position starting September 2026.
• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
