Are you a passionate learning support assistant looking to make a real difference in Education? We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic learning support assistant to join a supportive and inclusive secondary school in Newham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils, to ensure they are engaged in learning activities
- Promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all students within the classroom
- Act as a role model, setting high expectations of conduct and promoting positive pupil behaviour
- Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Deal with any immediate problems or emergencies according to the school’s policies and procedures about health & safety, welfare and wellbeing and safeguarding
- Provide additional support to the teachers in the classrooms
- Establish positive relationships with the pupils in lessons being covered
What We're Looking For:
