The successful Achievement Director of Performing Arts will:
- Have strong experience teaching Drama and Performing Arts
- Be able to lead and manage the Drama department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
- Be dedicated to raising the achievement of all pupils through high standards and expectations
- Be able to work as part of a vibrant and energetic team
- Provide a positive and effective learning environment for all pupils
- Inspire, challenge and motivate learners across Years 7–13
- Promote the school ethos across the whole school

- Strong leadership and organisational skills
