Primary Supply Teacher – The Role
- Deliver preset lessons and ensure students complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Follow school policies and maintain excellent classroom behaviour.
- Adapt quickly to different school environments.
- Work on a flexible basis with daily, short-term or long-term assignments.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
Primary Supply Teacher – The Candidate
- Must hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching within UK schools.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Reliable, adaptable and professional approach.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
This position offers excellent daily rates from £160 - £280 per day, depending on experience and assignment nature, continuous work in preferred locations, and opportunities to work across different environments in the Colchester area.
