LSA Required in Braintree – Immediate Start £105 – £125 per day, depending on experience.

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant looking for a new opportunity? Do you have experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs and a passion for helping children reach their full potential? We are currently seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a school in Braintree, starting ASAP.

The Role

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils where required.
  • Support pupils with their learning and development across the curriculum.
  • Assist with classroom activities and help create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Work closely with teachers to implement individual learning and support plans.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
  • Support pupils with additional learning needs and adapt activities where appropriate.
  • Build positive and professional relationships with pupils, staff and parents/carers.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience working in a school or educational setting is desirable.
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND is advantageous.
  • A patient, nurturing and encouraging approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
  • A genuine commitment to supporting children’s education and wellbeing.
  • Must be available to start ASAP.
