Job Title: Outbound Sales Agent

Location: Sheffield, UK (Office-based)

Working Hours: 2:30pm – 4:00am (usually operating 5:30pm – 02:00am) Mon – Sun, 5 days a week

Salary: 27,500 GBP + bonuses

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent to join our team at our Sheffield office. As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customer in the US, engaging them with our products, and ultimately driving sales conversions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact our US customers who have attempted to make a purchase through our website and have been unsuccessful in placing their order.
  • Help those customers complete their purchase and upsell additional products where appropriate
  • Record information in relevant databases
  • Have contact with customers to understand their needs and maximise sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills confident, professional and fluent in English
  • Proficiency in using CRM and tracking systems.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
