Unity College in Burnley is seeking a Deputy Head of Year who has experience of working with young people and families and who can inspire students to engage across the College. The post requires developing and sustaining strong relationships, routines and high standards, with accountability for outcomes and pastoral support across years 7–11.
The successful candidate will model the College's very high expectations, work collaboratively with colleagues, students and parents, and be enthusiastic.
