About The Role
We are a provider of complex community healthcare services, employing 250+ highly skilled healthcare professionals to support clients across Kent, Sussex, and Hampshire. As a result of continued growth, we are creating a new opportunity for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee the day-to-day HR operations of the business and support the delivery of an effective, compliant and people-focused HR service.
Based within our stunning head office in Kent, with occasional travel to our branch locations, you will work closely with the HR Director and wider HR team, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the HR function. You will provide practical HR support and guidance, manage junior team members and help ensure the organisation maintains high standards of compliance and employee engagement.
This is a part-time position where you will ideally work either: 30hrs pw 10am – 4pm Monday to Friday, or 32hrs pw 9am – 5pm x4 days pw.
