About The Role
We are looking for confident, experienced, and energetic Healthcare Assistants with experience in complex community care to support our 17-year-old client in Meopham. This client has a range of complex healthcare needs including epilepsy, tracheostomy and gastrostomy care, suctioning, nebulisation, and sensory needs. Successful candidates will ideally have experience in one or more of these care requirements; however, training will be provided. Due to the remote location, driving is essential.
Available shifts include:
- Weekday night shifts
- Weekday day shifts
You will ideally be able to commit to a minimum of 1 shift per week and will have the opportunity to meet and work alongside other clients supported by the company.

Client preferences:
- Have at least six months’ experience of complex care, ideally with knowledge of tracheostomy care
- Are good communicators, with experience in non-verbal communications
- Have a full UK Driving Licence, with access to a vehicle
To be successful, you will:
- Have a minimum of one year’s experience of complex / paediatric care
- Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
- Hold the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship.
