Care Setting: Family Home
We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses (RCN/RGN), with active NMC Registration to join our dedicated team supporting our 11-year-old male client. This client requires support of an evening at the family home. Available shifts include: Day shifts, Week day shifts.
You will ideally be able to commit to a minimum of 3 shifts per week and will have the opportunity to meet and work alongside other clients supported by the company.
Unity Care Solutions Profile
Unity Care Solutions provides complex clinical healthcare services to children and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes. You will work with a small number of our clients to provide dedicated and professional healthcare services. Regular shifts of various lengths are available across the company Monday to Sunday, up to 12 hours in duration. You will be required to commit to regular work to support our clients to access consistent and high-quality care.

- Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
