The Role
We’re seeking a commercially minded Capital Allowances Manager to lead client engagements, optimise fixed‑asset tax relief, and strengthen our growing incentives practice. You will drive delivery excellence, provide strategic insight, and support our clients in navigating increasingly complex expenditure and relief frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of capital‑allowance projects across multiple sectors delivering tech‑forward and AI‑enhanced services.
- Prepare, review, and submit capital‑allowance claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Advise clients on fixed‑asset tax treatment, expenditure planning, and wider incentives.
- Engage with tax authorities and manage enquiry responses where required.
- Produce clear, well‑structured technical reports and client deliverables.
- Develop junior colleagues through coaching, oversight, and quality assurance.
- Support business development activity, including proposal input and opportunity spotting.
Qualifications
