Are you an ambitious People professional looking for a role where you can genuinely make your mark? This could be exactly the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Unity Advisory is a challenger advisory firm built for the AI-enabled world: lean, conflict-free, and client-centric.

We embed AI across everything we do, and our culture is collaborative, flat-structured, and built on shared success.

We're growing fast, and we need great people to help us do it well.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior People Advisor to join our People Team on a permanent basis.

This is a newly created role, which means you'll have real influence over how it takes shape.

We're looking to move quickly, so if you're available to start soon, even better.

Day to day, you'll be the operational heartbeat of the People function, owning the full employee lifecycle from contracts and onboarding through to payroll, benefits, absence, and everything in between.

You'll bring structure to our HRIS, turn people data into insight the business can act on, and help us build processes that are sharp, documented, and ready to scale as we grow.

This isn't a role where you'll sit in a corner processing forms.

You'll be front and centre: the first point of contact for employees and managers, a trusted advisor a lean team relies on, and someone with a direct line of sight to the impact your work has on the business.

What We're Looking For

You’ll bring at least 5 years' experience in an HR role, with a solid, practical grasp of UK employment fundamentals and a track record of handling employee relations matters with sound judgement.

You'll be organised, accurate, and genuinely passionate about people and HR — someone who's moved beyond the basics and is comfortable owning things end-to-end without heavy oversight.

A CIPD qualification (Level 5) would be a bonus, as would hands-on experience with HRIS platforms or a background in a startup or scale-up environment, but we care more about mindset than CV boxes.

If you're curious, collaborative, and ready to grow, we want to hear from you.

This role is based in our London office a minimum of three days a week. There is scope for flexibility depending on the needs of the business at the time.

If you're motivated by impact, variety, and being part of something that's building with purpose, and you can hit the ground running, we'd love to hear from you.
