The Role

As a Manager in our Front Office Consulting team, you will lead core workstreams that deliver measurable business outcomes across revenue growth, customer experience, and cost synergies. You will be hands‑on in designing and delivering solutions that combine strategy, data, and technology to transform how our clients operate in front‑office domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams on commercial transformation projects (e.g., pricing, segmentation, operating model redesign, customer lifetime value programs)
• Apply data analytics, AI, and automation to deliver insights and accelerate execution.
• Design dashboards and decision tools that embed data-driven thinking into day-to-day operations.
• Support clients in pivoting to platform and ecosystem business models.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across functions to align KPIs and break down silos.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, insights, and IP creation.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years’ experience in consulting or relevant industry roles in growth, customer, or transformation functions.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Experience with analytics, digital tools, or AI-enabled decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and deliver clear outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
