The Role
The Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory team at Unity provides 'end-to-end' support for companies on their transaction and IPO journeys. This includes IFRS & US GAAP, regulatory and exchange rules and regulations, carve-out and pro forma reporting, deal structuring and PMO, internal controls (including SOX), and post-IPO public company advice and support. This is a hands-on role. You will own key workstreams across readiness, execution, and post-transaction support. You will lead delivery on capital markets transactions and accounting advisory engagements. You will work across the exchange and regulatory requirements, IFRS & US GAAP and the myriad of other stakeholder reporting requirements. We take a tech-first approach to delivery. You will use data, automation, and standardised tools to drive efficiency and reduce manual work. You will be expected to challenge traditional ways of working and improve how engagements are delivered.
