About Unity Advisory
Unity Advisory is a challenger advisory firm. Built for the AI-enabled world, we operate a lean, conflict-free model that embeds AI across all workstreams. Free from audit conflicts, focused entirely on high-impact outcomes for CFOs making high-consequence decisions. We're scaling fast and building the commercial infrastructure to match.
The Role
This is a builder role. You'll help design, build and maintain the systems that power Unity Advisory's go-to-market engine — the data pipelines, outreach infrastructure, enrichment workflows and automation that gets us in front of the right CFOs and PE deal teams at the right moment. You think in code and workflows, not spreadsheets. You have hands-on experience with GTM tooling, know how to work with APIs, and are comfortable in a terminal as well as a slide deck. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to keep the commercial machine fast, accurate and converting.
Responsibilities
- Support the build and maintenance of automated pipelines that enrich, segment and score target lists — CFOs at PE-backed businesses, finance leaders across our core sectors.
- Integrate data sources (Companies House, Dealroom, LinkedIn, news feeds) to surface trigger events: funding rounds, leadership changes, new deals.
- Build and manage multi-channel outreach sequences across email and LinkedIn using tools like Clay, Apollo or Instantly.
- Write and iterate on outreach copy — specific, well-timed, and nothing like a template.
- Automate follow-up cadences and meeting scheduling so senior team members stay focused on conversations, not admin.
- Contribute to the GTM tech stack — CRM, enrichment tools, sequencing platforms, AI tooling.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards that show what's been sent, what's landed and what's converted.
- Identify and flag pipeline bottlenecks and implement fixes programmatically.
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience working with GTM systems in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Solid coding ability — Python, JavaScript or similar. Comfortable building lightweight tools when off-the-shelf doesn't cut it.
- Hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and AI tooling for enrichment and content generation.
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks and no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).
- Good written communication — you can write outreach copy as well as you can write code.
- Organised, structured and able to manage your own workload with minimal supervision.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the CFO, finance buyer or PE landscape.
- Exposure to ABM, pipeline analytics or event-based campaign execution.
- Experience contributing to a GTM function build-out.
Why This Role?
Real ownership, high visibility and the chance to see the direct impact of what you build. You'll work closely with a fast-moving team and play a meaningful role in shaping how a growing advisory firm goes to market. We're building something different — and we want people who want to build it with us.
We are committed to an inclusive recruitment process. If you need any adjustments at any stage, please let us know.
We do not accept unsolicited CVs from third party agencies.
