As a Finance Transformation Manager in the CFO Office team, you will be responsible for leading workstreams within high-impact transformation programmes - working with clients to re-imagine and digitise their finance functions through the use of digital technologies, streamlined processes and modern operating models. This is a client-facing role in a dynamic, growing firm where you'll have the opportunity to take ownership and drive impact.
Responsibilities
- Advise CFOs and their leadership teams.
- Oversee finance transformation programs (process, data, technology).
- Shape future-state finance operating models.
- Redesign core processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A).
- Implement cloud-based ERP/EPM, automation, data platforms, and analytics.
- Integrate technology solutions into clients' ecosystems.
- Facilitate executive workshops and steering committee updates.
- Lead, coach, and develop teams.
- Drive go-to-market activities and account growth.
- Manage finance transformation workstreams.
- Assess and develop future-state finance models.
- Translate business requirements into ERP/EPM solutions.
- Drive adoption of transformation initiatives.
- Ensure project delivery on time, on budget, and within scope.
- Support thought leadership in EPM trends and tools.
- Lead proposal writing and pitch presentations.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in finance transformation including 2+ years in a consulting or advisory environment.
- Track record of delivering high-impact tech-enabled Finance Transformation programmes.
- Experience implementing ERP, EPM, analytics tools and automation platforms.
- Experience in process re-engineering and operating model design.
- Finance/Accounting qualification including ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
