As a Manager in the Enterprise Performance Management Team you will deliver FP&A and EPM solutions across the deal lifecycle, including pre-deal analysis, exit readiness, and post-deal transformation. You will be responsible for designing tactical reporting and planning models to meet the needs of dynamic deal environments and deliver targeted insights aligned to value creation plans.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement FP&A models and tactical EPM solutions to support exit readiness and post-deal integration.
- Build information and data models for interim and future-state reporting aligned with deal value levers.
- Support carve-out planning, standalone forecasting, and Day 1/Day 100 reporting readiness.
- Configure and deploy EPM tools based on evolving business structures and stakeholder requirements.
- Liaise with deal teams, finance leaders, and IT to define actionable reporting and analytics solutions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks focused on performance tracking and operational improvements.
- Contribute to project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
- Support business development through data-driven insights, tool demos, and proposal input.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in finance transformation or EPM implementation.
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes, financial planning cycles, and performance measurement.
- Experience with at least one major EPM platform (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, Workday Adaptive, OneStream).
- Skilled in data modelling, systems configuration, and financial analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise between finance and IT stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; relevant certifications or MBA a plus.
