About the Role

We are seeking experienced employment tax managers to join our fast-growing team who have strong UK employment tax advisory skills. Experience in share schemes, international employment tax, and HMRC engagement is also desirable. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality employment tax advice and compliance support across a range of client engagements.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across tax, reward, legal, and advisory to align deliverables and client reporting.
  • Use AI tools and technology in modelling, reporting and risk reviews.
  • Manage and support junior team members, including delegating work and providing coaching.
  • Support client communication and ensure advice is technically accurate and commercially relevant.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of internal playbooks and service delivery improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment tax legislation and HMRC guidance, including PAYE, NIC, off-payroll working, benefits and expenses.

Qualifications

  • A professional qualification (e.g., ACA, CTA) is preferred.
  • Typically 5+ years of experience as an employment tax adviser with a UK focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, deliver advice, and engage effectively with clients.
  • Good understanding of UK employment tax legislation and HMRC practice.
  • Experience using technology and AI tools to enhance delivery and reporting.
  • Strong communication, team coordination, and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is desirable.

A truly hybrid and flexible working environment. We offer the opportunity to be at the forefront of AI-driven advisory services. You’ll be working on cutting-edge projects and encouraged to deploy the latest analytical tools and approaches.
