Rate: £16.60 per hour

Contracted Hours: 56hrs average a week on 6 on 3 off Pattern, 3 days, 3 Nights, 3 off

The Duty Shift Supervisor role will be responsible for providing positive assistance to the Security Manager in controlling daily (days/nights) operational requirements of the contract in line with the customer and contractual expectations. Ensuring service delivery and prompt response to all incidents. The Duty Shift Supervisor will manage daily operational activities and report to the Security Manager. The role requires the monitoring of the CCTV system, access control, issuing of radios and keys during the hours operations both days and nights.

Required Competencies:

  • Experience in a similar environment where you have led and innovated the security delivery across an assignment.
  • You will be able to demonstrate leadership, influencing and communication skills to deliver outcomes that meet operational requirements.
  • You will have experience in change management and analytical skills, alongside demonstrable experience of leading.
